Amount and method of taking:
In general, if for the dosage of health care, a person can take around 10g per day. For four-person household can take around 20-25g to make it as food or soup. For tune up, suggested to take 10-15g for a person per day. For more details, please consult medicine practitioners

Usage method:
You can lozenges, make it as tea, soup, cooking, and stew.

Storage method:
Korean red ginseng can put inside sealed glass or filled with fried dried rice after opened them and then store in a cool dry place or store in the refrigerator.
